Please rest assured that these health records are used exclusively for your safety and service customization. What is the cancellation policy?

To avoid additional charges, please notify us of any changes to your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. Doing this allows sufficient time to offer that time slot to another guest and make necessary schedule changes. A booking deposit is required for all full sets and selected services to secure your appointment and minimize no-shows. We will subtract the deposit from your total payment after your appointment. If you need to reschedule, the deposit is transferable if you adhere to our policy guidelines. Cancellations before 24 hours of your appointment will result in a full refund of your deposit. Late cancellations or no-shows without communication within 24 hours of your appointment will forfeit the deposit, which will be non-refundable.

What is the deposit policy?

A $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment when booking for all full sets and some services. This deposit will be credited towards your appointment and is refundable if cancellation or rescheduling occurs at least 24 hours before the appointment. We will consider your appointment booked but not confirm it until we receive the deposit.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

If this is your first visit, please arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes before your reservation starts and make sure you have completed all necessary paperwork. Returning guests should arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the reservation time to check in, get situated, and be ready for the full allotted time.

What happens if I arrive late?

Arriving late might cut into your session time. We will cancel your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late. Since we cannot overlap appointments, we want to ensure each guest gets the full experience they deserve. Let's make sure to start on time and make the most of your session!

What is the refund policy?

We do not offer refunds. However, if you experience discomfort or abnormal fallout that does not result from improper aftercare, as stated in my aftercare instructions, we offer a 72-hour free touch-up window. After the 72-hour window, we will treat any services provided as regular service reservations.

 What should I know about refills?

For a successful refill appointment, it is essential to have a minimum of 50% of your existing lash extensions on each eye still in place. If you have less than 50% but more than 25% remaining on each eye, book an additional 30-minute service at the time of booking to ensure the restoration and enhancement of your lashes. If you have less than 25% (less than ten lashes on each) of your lash extensions left on each eye, a new full set is required to achieve the most flawless results, subject to time allowance and potential rescheduling. We no longer accept foreign fills from another salon; instead, we require a removal and a new set.

What should I do about makeup removal before my appointment?

Please arrive without eye makeup or eye cream, and do not curl lashes on the day of your reservation. Do not use an oil-based makeup remover, as leftover oil residue may result in premature shedding due to a weaker bond between the extensions and your natural lashes. Arriving with makeup on may reduce your appointment time.

Can I use my cell phone during the appointment?

Please turn your cell phone to silent mode and put it away to minimize distractions and potential hazards. This precaution is especially crucial for eye and brow services. Please be courteous and respectful of time and work by keeping your phone on silent until your service is completed. Your service may be refused if you use your cell phone.

Should I wear contacts during the appointment?

No. You should not wear contacts during any lash service. If you wear contacts, please bring a contact lens case. As a recommendation, please wait 12 to 24 hours after your service before wearing your contacts again to minimize potential eye infections or irritation.

What is the age policy for services?

To receive services, clients must be at least 13 years old. An adult must accompany minors under 17. Parents or guardians must be present during the consultation and appointment.

How many people are allowed in the service area?

For safety and sanitation purposes, only the lash artist and the person receiving the service are allowed in the service areas unless you are a minor. We do not permit children in the service room. If you bring a child under the age of 13, your reservation will be canceled, and you may be subject to our late cancel policy and lose your deposit.
