Is this appointment only?
Yes, appointment only. No walk-ins.
Can I bring my kids?
No kids in the studio, please. If your child needs a service, they must be at least 13, and anyone under 17 needs an adult with them for their first visit.
Can I bring a guest?
Since it's a private studio, please plan to come solo unless you're a minor who needs an adult present.
Where do I park?
Park in the My Salon Suites lot, next to Marshalls, at The Rim.
How often do I need a fill?
Standard lash sets need a fill around every 2 weeks. NovaLash and UV FlashCure sets can stretch up to 5 weeks between fills.
Do you fill lashes done by another artist?
It depends on the set, so it's evaluated case by case. In most cases, it'll be a full removal and new set rather than a fill, but the removal is included in the price of your new set.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Plan to arrive a few minutes early with clean lashes and skin, free of makeup or oil-based products. Your artist will walk you through the process and answer any questions before starting.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, cash, tap to pay, and financing through Afterpay, Sezzle, and CareCredit.
