Your Privacy Matters at Wispies Lash Bar


At Wispies Lash Bar, we prioritize your privacy and safety. To ensure the well-being of our valued guests, we maintain comprehensive records of health and medical conditions that may affect the suitability of specific lash, brow, or waxing services, or the use of certain products during your reservation. Please rest assured that these health records are used exclusively for your safety and service customization. Your client records are securely stored within our salon software system, accessible solely to our trusted salon team members. All necessary forms and waivers are conveniently accessible through your member portal.



Terms of Use

24 Hour Cancellations or Changes

If any changes need to be made to your reservation, please notify us at least 24-hours in advance in order to avoid additional changes. This allows us enough time to offer that time slot to another guest, allow for changes to the schedule and so that we can plan our day accordingly. To secure your full set appointment and minimize the risk of no-shows, we kindly request a booking deposit with all Full Sets and Selected Services. This deposit will be subtracted from your total payment at the conclusion of your appointment. Should you need to reschedule, the deposit is transferable, provided that you adhere to our policy guidelines. If you need to cancel before 24 hours of your appointment, we will gladly refund your deposit. We understand that life happens, especially as a mother, and we're here to work with you if unexpected situations arise as long as there's open communication. Please note that any late cancellations or no-shows without communication within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, which will then be non-refundable.

Please Arrive Early

Every reservation has an allotted time period reserved especially for that guest, and we want you to get the most out of your reservation time. If it is your first visit, please arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes before your reservation start time in order to complete all necessary paperwork without cutting into your session time. For all returning guests, please arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes before your reservation time to check in, get situated, and be ready to go for your full allotted time.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late will cut into your session time and may result in your reservation having to be canceled. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation will be canceled. Out of respect for our other guests, we cannot cut into another guest's reservation time to make up for your lost reservation minutes if you are late.

Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS will be given. However, if you are experiencing a discomfort or experiencing an abnormal fall out, not resulting from improper aftercare as stated in our aftercare instructions, we offer our guests a 72 hour free touch-up window. After the 72-hour window, any services given will be treated as regular service reservations.


Please be aware that for a successful refill appointment, it is essential to have a minimum of 50% of your existing lash extensions on each eye still in place. If you find that you have less than 50% but more than 25% remaining on each eye, we recommend booking an additional 30-minute service at the time of booking to ensure the restoration and enhancement of your lashes.


However, if you have less than 25% of your lash extensions left on each eye, we require a new full set to achieve the most flawless results.


We no longer accept foreign fills from another salon. If you have a set on that was done by another artist we require a removal and new set. The lash extension removal fee is $35 for a  removal. A full set must then be purchased. 

Your natural lashes shed on a regular basis. To maintain the look of your full set, refills are recommended every 2-3 weeks. We can only work with whatever time has been booked so please book accordingly.

Makeup Removal

Please arrive without eye makeup or eye cream, and do not curl lashes on the day of your reservation.  Do not use an oil-based makeup remover, as leftover oil residue may result in premature shedding due to a weaker bond between the extensions and your natural lashes.  If you arrive with makeup on, you run the risk of not utilizing  all your reserved time getting lashed. 

Cell Phones

Should be turned onto silent mode and put away in order to minimize distractions and potential hazards - this is especially crucial for eye and brow services, which involves the use of tweezers, adhesives, and chemicals around the delicate eye area, and therefor requires a great deal of focus and precision on our part. Please be courteous and respectful of your lash artists time and work by keeping your phone on silent until your service is completed. We reserve the right to refuse service if you use your cell phone.


If you wear contacts, please bring a contact case, as contacts should not be worn during any lash services. Further, we recommend that you wait 12 to 24-hours after your service before wearing your contacts again in order to minimize potential infections or irritation to the eyes.

Age Policy

Clients must be at least 15 years or older to receive services. Minors under 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults must be present during the consultation.

2 Person Max

For purposes of safety and sanitation, we cannot allow anyone else into the service areas other than (1) the Lash Artist and (2) the person receiving the service.

* Children are not allowed in the service room. We will not supervise your children and cannot be held responsible for any children - if you bring a child with you who is under the age of 15, your reservation will be canceled and will be subject to our late cancel poilcy and your card on file will be charged 30% of the total service fee.
